The Marvel Studios / Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures feature film “Captain Marvel” is currently filming, and the production is seeking people who own 1989 and earlier vehicles The casting call details are posted below.
“Captain Marvel” centers on Carol Danvers as she becomes one of the universe’s most powerful heroes when Earth is caught in the middle of a galactic war between two alien races. Set in the 1990s, “Captain Marvel” is an all-new adventure from a previously unseen period in the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This is the twenty-first film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Starring in Captain Marvel is Academy Award winner Brie Larson playing Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel. Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck are directing from their own screenplay, with additional script contributions by Meg LeFauve, Nicole Perlman, Geneva Robertson-Dworet, Liz Flahive, and Carly Mensch. Producers are Kevin Feige, Lars P. Winther, with Mary Livanos as associate producer. Executive producers are Victoria Alonso, Louis D’Esposito, Stan Lee, and Jonathan Schwartz. DP is Ben Davis. First AD is Lars P. Winther.
“Captain Marvel” is scheduled to be released in theaters on March 8, 2019, in IMAX and 3D. This project is currently using the working title “Open World.”

1989 OR OLDER CARS – Union and non-union people who have a 1989 or earlier car. Must be available for a wardrobe fitting on Tuesday April 10th. The scenes will shoot on Thursday, April 19th, about 20 miles north of Lancaster, CA. Your vehicle should be from 1989 or older, in good condition. Please include a photo of your car and the make/model/year as well.
